6.0 at 9:30 glad to be back after moving to a new flat : had a month off from my diabetes , but glad to be back on track and to eating more low carb healthy stuff again

Having a weird day fbg 4.4 after breakfast 3.9 after lunch 3.9 I'm beginning to wonder if should consider it being hypo and treat as such or just accept it as diabetes being weird again.

7.2 highest since monday ( when got back on the low ( ish ) carb wagon once again ) but due mainly to work related takeaway and being unable to resist . though in fairness It was a fraction of what I would normally have had no sauces or dips or rice or nan bread .
