7.6 this am bit of a rise from the last few days but only to be expected re my carb intake . As I said on the other BG thread I am going to make a concentrated effort to get into and stay in the 5's by the end of this season ( autumn ). There now I ve put it on here I will have to do it lol .
p.s bg now a better figure 6.3 2 hrs after breakfast ( 25 carbs )
