4.8 today. Got my first appointment with the diabetes nurse today. Probably would have been useful just after diagnosis but a month in I feel in a fairly well controlled place. Oh well, I’ll keep an open mind until I get there.

Yes, I believe you're right. Its certainly not the food I'm eating. I do feel very unsettled atm.
