I put them in a bowl with olive oil then sprinke spices or onion or garlic powder on maybe add the odd herbs toss em about a bit chuck em in an air fryer and cook em or sometimes on a baking tray in the oven you can cut them into cubes as well.

5.5 at 7:19 Now is it that getting up later helps in that DP has passed and nearly gone or could it have been the Gin and Tonic I had yesterday evening; may need to repeat the experiment to find out!

Been having a pattern of mainly 6.8 for last few days with a 6.4 Saturday, and a 7.1 today.
Eating breakfast earlier to see what difference, if any, that makes.

Think my meter is stuck. 6.8 fasting. However, nothing higher during the day, and even seeing some 5s. High fives.
