Thanks for the suggestions, my throat is fine now but I am running in the 7s. Its the dreaded stress/anxiety rearing its ugly head I think. Palpitations and shakes, panic and unreal feeling - blooming horridhope your throats feeling a bit better todaycgm's can be so useful to see trends etc have fun experimenting a little bit i'd write some notes regards food 'good' 'acceptable' 'on occassion' and 'avoid' list
