To be recommended! However my daily carb intake is usually at the higher end of low carb higher because I average between 100 and 130g per day so this may have helped.

5.2. Oh please let this be the start of a new trend.
(Where is the fingers crossed emoji?). I think the fasting and bone broth yesterday helped. Gradually reintroducing low carb food today to see how it goes.
