Felt like staying under the duvet today. So I did, until 10:30. That was not a good idea, as fasting when I managed to emerge from my pit was 8.0.

I have come to the conclusion that longer than 16 hours fasting does not work for me, cream doesn’t help, either, but eggs do. Therefore I am forming my own realistic eating plan.

Not been on here for a few days because away at the moment and this phone is not good for this app or maybe it’s my lack of techie skills lol . Last three days I ve had 5.7 then 5.8 and a 6.8 ( takeaway followed by rather a lot of chocolate) !

I hope so too, I dont know what's been going on past few days my bgl have gone up and so has my weight 3kg in a few days I have been eating the same too.
