What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

A much better 6.5 this morning. I have repeated the experiment of doing very little that could be considered exercise, just to repeat yesterday’s experiment. It seems to be working as mainly seeing 5s rest of day.

Have the best birthday you can, and remember the Queen has an offical birthday in addition to the anniversary of her birth, so why not do the same.
Everyone having a subdued celebration, just pick a day that suits when all is calm again, and just go for it.
 
Great idea. I could stretch this birthday out for months!
