    Morning all. A happy 4.9 for me today. Sun is shining, coffee dripping tantalisingly through the filter and Joe Wicks and I are getting geared up for this mornings jumping about.

    Mine was 7.1 today.
    Missing swim sessions. Difficult to recreate pool exercise in the bath. I noticed turning cleaning into a sport only raises BG levels. So I intend to do less today.

    5.0 for me after a digestive biscuit for a 6.3 at bedtime last night
    Upped Tresiba to 15 units last night as been spending the days a bit higher than I like so I'll give that 3 days and review again
