5.3 this morning, better than yesterday after a day of carnivore. Forgot all about cholesterol lowering foods and felt better for it.

@Andydragon yes there are a few fbg threads, some allow more chatting than others, post in them all if you wish or just choose one that suits you, you’ll soon get to know everyone. Great fbg by the way.
Hugs @PenguinMum I’ve often found too much meat late in the evening makes s as difference too.

I want to say hope so, but that sounds really crass doesn't it but do hope you have a good HbA1c result and that you can reduce some of the med.
