i take Metformin 500x3 , insulin Humulin 6 units, astrovastatin and my usual BG fasting is between 5.5 to 6.8

When i am not slept well or i have anxiety, it creeps up to 7.5 / 7.7

6.1 this morning, won't be eating salted peanuts at 10:30pm again.

Bit deflated at present as I live in the North East so now back in lockdown.

Morning All. A dastardly 6.6 this morning can only be down to bbq yesterday at 7.30pm either additives to meat or too much meat which has happened to me before or the small pool of Nandos medium sauce. Hugs @ert for the hypo not fair either after a lovely walk.
