5.5 which is better than I’d expected after an unnecessarily large steak for dinner, then polishing off half a jar of almond butter later on.

Bit higher, but did have a very enjoyable corn beef pie and some merengues so not totally surprised. Can't complain though, Metformin and diet without the other drugs is working out
