8 this morning. Down .5 from yesterday morning (which looks like it didn't get posted).

Hugs for the nightmare, @PenguinMum .

5.6 this morning which is very surprising given that I ate total junk last night including marshmallows and cake (Scout group night)

5.2 this morning. I can hear the wind howling outside so I’m not tempted to get up yet.

It's weird how it works isn't it because sometimes when your are really good ( low carbs ) you can have a disappointingly high reading.

5.5 this morning. Not bad considering the full on the turkey and veg curry I had last night. Thai style.

7.6 on this rainy Saturday morning. Downward trend? Or fluke? It's not exactly a whale of a fluke.

My fasting BG in the morning is 5.1 mMol/L yesterday. Even two hours after supper my BG doesn't go above 6.7 when it used to go up to ten mmol/L at the beginning of treatment. I've cut down so much on carbs I'm hardly eating bread any more. I've had two loaves of bread in the cupboard for almost two weeks, a small amt left in a third loaf that's been around for so long it's going dry.

7.1 this morning. But I didn’t sleep great and had pie with actual proper pasty for dinner so it’s to be expected.
