6.1 yesterday and 6.1 today. Wish I could say I have been indulgent over Christmas but really I haven't apart from a glass of prosecco on Christmas day but wine usually brings my levels down. Looks like I shall just have to wait it out, (8.2 after lunch - Yikes!) in the hope numbers will get back on track soon. Too much protein perhaps.... To top it off I have a very poorly laptop - looks like operating system is kaput, I don't want to try a restore in case I create more damage so its either a trip to the repairers or maybe treat myself to a new one. I've had to search out an old Win 7 device to come online but at least that's working,
