Woke up to a 3.1 mmol :-( , a few skittles later I was @ 4.6 and ready to cycle to work. Evening running to blame, first time in years. I normally do all my running in the morning before breakfast.
5.8- been low carbing for about 10 weeks, but still only about a quarter of the time able to get below 6.0 (diagnosed as pre-diabetic with FBS 6.1 and HbA1c 6.0 June 17). Grrr!
