What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.8 this morning - got up late. After lunch (which was a Sunday roast of pork, black farmer sausages, veg and a sneaky yorkshire pud), 2 hours later 5.3

4.3 today, but I had been awake longer than I usually am before I got up, may have skipped the bulk of my liver's 'help' today.

Hello all,

After a spell of not testing fasting levels, back on track now. Fbg for the last four days were 5.2, 5.5, 5.2 and 5.9.

Fantastic to see you back. We have missed you but understand you are busy. Take care over there without Mutti. Since you export so many football managers I don't suppose there's any chance of ..........??
