What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.2 (7:40am)

I've developed frozen shoulder so am currently in pain and getting sod all sleep. This has pushed my BS levels up by about a point to a point and a half, despite no changes in my diet. Oh well, worse things happen at sea.

6.3 which seems normal for Tuesdays (after boozy Sunday and liver catching up Mondays)
Not looking forward to PT in the park this morning but at least I’ll warm up - our boiler has conked out and we can’t get an engineer til 8th Dec.
@buster hugs for the pain, your fbg still look excellent to me.

Happy St Andrew's day and it is still Hannukah:) Enjoy those slippers @Estragon and hug for the frozen shoulder @buster. Swipey showed 5.9 which is obviously way too high - no suitable lipstick for that pig. It doesn't invalidate almost 6.5 years of Elsie working or mean she isn't the gal for you guys. Wise words Daniel :angelic:

I feel your pain mine lasted over 12 months and is still not right sending hugs x

Sorry did not test this morning, bit fed up

Yup, happens. Anything in particular?
Just life lol Woke up with a panic attack and not the best time of year for me - my sense of humour masks so much :grumpy:

Welcome @OrdinaryWorld I'm not sure how to greet that except to ask if you are ok, used to those numbers or seeking advice? Have a like for being here and a sincere wish for all to be well.
Thank you. I am ok. Struggling with side effects of sugars this high. Am on steroids at the moment which doesn’t help and just been in a hospital for a week where they started me on insulin. I am hoping once well I will see an improvement in numbers
