It works for me @Ryhia. Great if you just have to count carbs, and it works, but for me it doesn’t. I wish it would, because I see all the success of others, making it sound so simple. Such is life. I never assume there is only one way to tame the T2 beast. We all have to find our own way through this particular maze, but good to be among others searching, too.6.2 this morning. Oh and just scraped in below 6 this morning with a 5.9. I celebrated with a longer fast until after a hard workout at swimming pool, and had breakfast at 1:45 pm. No complaints here.
