What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Before bed 7.2 (2 hours after bolus and last food) Fasting this morning 10.2
checked again 15 mins later still 9.4. Gotta love/hate those D curveballs. You win this round T1D.

Swipey insists 5.8 must do me this morning. All the rationalising in the world won't alter the fact that is not managing The D imho. @DEBBIESCOTT enjoy the exercise and the roast beef. If anyone discovers a way to make a Sunday roast both LC and something better than a pale shadow of the normal I'm keen to learn - unless Diet Doctor is mentioned. Go Team D
 
Well 5.3 this morning, after chicken and ham stew with cauli and swede last night, Go figure!

9.1 - No reason for this. Last time I had this was 1 March. Needing to accept this number, and move on, applying @ianpspurs BIG PICTURE philosophy. Still, it does weaken or mildly reduce my resolve.

But, I’m not a Ukrainian. Watching a news item on BBC ….. it’s just awful.
 
5.8 today. Coming through the unknown virus (loads of sleep ). And cream crackers. They called to me. Hopefully I’m finished with that particular call. Go well on this blustery day.
 
Returned from son's yesterday and have brought granddaughter's sore throat with me. A little medicinal alcohol last night resulted in an FBG of 4.8 this morning. Expecting some comeuppance as the day pans out.
 
Morning all. Last two days of this Swipey so almost certainly entirely fake news from now on but 5.4 is possible - not desirable, not optimal but possible. @Estragon big picture is always good. @DEBBIESCOTT sore throat and PT session - commendable or ??
