What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.4 this morning.
*Feel my numbers are 'artifically' low as I'm trying the second half of this year very low carb/ketongenic. Glucose was routinely 5 - 6 in August, unsure before that. Will do a carb tolerance test at some point...when I figure out how lol.
Both teenagers up outrageously early today for various activities, for which they needed a hand preparing a packed lunch.
I need to work harder on getting them more robustly independent in the kitchen...
 
Not a good week for me, been really tired since my Covid and Flu jabs during the week and cannot get myself motivated. I am sure there is a bit of carb creep going on as well. FBGs 6.2 this morning! I need to take myself in hand and give myself a good talking to. Looking for a better day today, its Sunday, first day of a new week, plus I have my family coming over for lunch. Have a good day folks.
 
Morning all havnt tested last couple days due to isolating from covid and just though I'd give my fingers a rest. Tested this morning but not straight away. An hour after a little breakfast and got 6.5. Enjoy your day folks
