7.3 numbers slowly coming back to what appears to be my normal range. BS always rockets up quickly when abused but drags its heels when asked to come back down.

5.3 according to libre at the moment fingerprick very early hours due to glucose alarm saying 3.2 fingerprick at that time 5.2. fairly large difference Wee walk to Starbucks grabbed a latte just about to sit down and enjoy then work out which London Xmas markets and stuff doing today

Morning All back again. Have been trying to improve numbers with smaller portions and being mindful. Have had some FBGs in mid to high 6s, good for me anyway. Ow more 7s than 8s. But then a crisis with the last of my birth family which can’t be resolved. Stress equals 9s no matter what I eat.
@grantg hope you get the info you need re lumbar surgery and it helps you move forward. @DEBBIESCOTT sorry you are suffering with double antibiotics, get well soon. @ChrisT2 you seem to manage your hols well despite all the obstacles!
