Morning All. I have 7.2 today might be due half bottle of Cremant last night. It doesnt happen often but any wine does seem to affect me. Then again it could be the Marmite peanuts Have the best Monday you can folks.

Morning all, bit later than normal to post 6.0 this morning bed on a 7 after 2 glasses of wine and 3 squares of dark chocolate . Whole household now positive for covid on the brightside no one has bad symptoms and we can move around the house . Enjoy the day folks

6.2 this morning after hobbling out of bed. Groin strain pain has returned after a stay of execution so resting up today. Could really do with comfort food at the moment, had very little sleep

Diagnosed 3 weeks ago and my mmol was 17.1. Finally got it down to 8.8 this last Friday. Up again this morning to 9.6. On 2 x 500mg Metformin per day at the moment.

5.8 this morning. Bloods have been a bit inconsistent lately, but then I am not on an even keel myself at the moment. Nothing too bad with the bloods, but pleased I am not having an HbA1c anytime soon. nothing else to do but to keep trying. Have a good day folks.
