Numbers are coming down at last. Almost afraid to say last few fasting have been tempting me to believe sticky sixes are here, with 6.8, 6.7 and 6.4.

Well it was 6.6 this morning after reluctantly braving the trip to the loo as it was FREEZING! I have since warmed up as I have had 45 mins on spin bike
