Sure, but what is good, is that you’re here, amongst friends and supporters. When I started I was undiagnosed T2 with a morning 15! Ouchie! And today, 6.7Not good!

Why not? Fasting is fasting. I find it interesting how BG rises and falls even when fasting.Can I record my lunch time level instead of my FBG please? 4.5 is so much better than 6.2.
Who knows? Certainly not us!7.3 this morning which isn't too bad though I did really well yesterday re carbs and I had a good sleep . Maybe it was because I was awake for several hrs ( but not up ) before I tested and I was hungry . Mine tends to rise till I eat not sure if its from stored glucose that my liver kindly gives me or ??.
