5.9 today, could have been a lot worse as not feeling 100% today. I have been drinking far too much tea lately and as I have a bit of an intolerance to tannin, I guess it's my own fault that my stomach is out of order. I have reverted to hot water until things sort themselves out. Have a good day folks.

Morning all or may I say afternoon, busy morning forgot to test . 5.9 just now and that's 1 hr post breakfast and 15hrs since food bed was 5.9 also I've noticed a little drop in numbers since pushing breakfast out a little in the mornings .
