Morning, 7.2 this morning down from 13.4 last night before I fell asleep. It was a lowish blood sugar night bumping along at 4, and setting off my low blood sugar alarm. Then whoosh up it went to this morning's 7.2

Morning all. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas after all, if we keep getting frosts like this it could be! Bedtime 6.6. This morning, expecting a high one cos I had a piece of Christmas cake from the club, was .....6.8! Very surprised to say the least but happy. I'm in the stickies!!!!

Not sure my very low carb, intermittent fast 6-8 hour eating window is a good idea after all . Out of ideas what to do next.

6.4 at 5am been awake since midnight then had to get up for work . Had a bit of a hypo yesterday afternoon with a 4.3 which is well low for me .

Morning all, tested got 7.8 so tried again and got 5.0 so retested and got 6.5 so ill take the 3rd one . Why such differences between 3 tests ?? ..very cold this morning with a light dusting of the white stuff . Off to work .wnjoy your day folks

A bitterly cold start here in Nova Scotia. Snow poles are going up along the roads. Winter's coming 7.4 for me this morning, down from last night's 9.8.
