What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all! 7.2 this morning down from 7.9 last night. Opened the door to a cold blast. The dog didn't stay out either, did his thing and came rushing back in. A severe weather warnings here in Nova Scotia, 20 - 40 cms of the white stuff. We are hopefully going to miss it, but next week we are in for it, lots of it. A white Xmas looks extremely likely.

Makes the couple of cms of the cold white mess here seem trivial. Icy pavements and fog mean I retreat from outside until spring.
I remain hanging by a thread in the sticky sixes with 6.9 today.
 
Morning all. Me too @PenguinMum. 7.1 bedtime and 7.1 this morning. Although not sure if that's correct because my first 2 readings were 2.5 and 2.6!
2.5 and 2.6 a bit too low . What time was that? Did you feel ok? Perhaps have a small amount of something carby if that happens.
