FBG this morning was Fingerprick 6.9 Libre 6.8 .

If I am to believe my Libre i should be thankful for DP this morning as I was apparently in the 3s for a couple hours though my alarm didn’t sound.

Morning all, 7.7 this morning , down from last night's 10.2. That's after 90 pull ups and a two mile hike with the dog yesterday. You can't tell from those figures, but I am no longer getting my peak time BG's in the high 14's. That's good for me.
