4.9 this morning and I was diagnosed 15th Dec with 2 readings of 8.2 and 8.1.
Gone full LCHF dropped from 15.12 to 14.5.
Blood pressure also improved from 130/80 to 115/72
Hapoy with that.

Morning All. Well 7.1 but forgot to do it for half an hour after getting up so maybe it could have been a 6. @ianpspurs good to see and keep fighting the good fight. Happy Saturday everyone.

6.3 which is really good because I was below 2 during the night. I had orange juice and toast with honey on it and I stayed out of hospital! 6.3 is good. I'm shaking now but I don't know if that's a symptom. BSL is 5.8 so I think I'm ok

With the foods I eat now they would go up very little . I've never seen big spikes they would just go up slowly . Strangely they were lower after my dinner yesterday as I tried a new dish and tested before and 2hrs after. My problem has always been DP
