Morning all, 7.3 this morning I am pleasantly surprised as I had sushi for dinner last night. There is not much white glutinous rice, but it still did a number on me. My bg rose around 6:30 pm to an okay level of 10.5 but it failed to come down until around 3am and grudgingly so at that.

4.8 this morning. Made a vegan lemon chicken last night using Meet plant based chicken strips and stevia for the sugar. It was good.

^ not sure if intentional but I can’t help reading your screen name in all caps as shouting like the guy off the cleaning adverts.

5.3 at 7am this morning. Better.

I randomly woke around 5am and did another test cause was curious about the last few mornings rise and it was 6.5, and wondered if I’m making a meal of myself in my sleep or something.

4.6 this morning. Dinner last night was zoodles (zucchini noodles ) with a fresh tomato sauce with onion, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus and broccolini with nutritional yeast stirred in at the end
