I seem to be fighting with my underwear all the time especially when I am reaching for stuff! I still have my bras from before I lost weight and I kid you not, I could use them as skull caps for making hats!5.4 this morning. Liking that. Had to take pain killers last night but at least I got a better sleep. Been in pain for nigh on a week now so definitely think I have strained something, all I did was lean over the back of the chair to reach my "just out of reach" knitting bag. Think my body fought with my underwear and my underwear won. LOL.

Have you checked your magnesium levels. That causes cramps. It is one of the most common deficiencies people have because it is so depleted in soil that food is grown in.Morning all.
