6.5 - WHAT ??!! Amazing…. OK, STILL in Hospital, but, I slept wearing closed back headphones whilst playing a YouTube Relaxing Sleep Music with “chilling” videos. Best night‘s sleep I’ve had for years.

6.3 finger - 8.1 Libre seems like the day numbers are in line both finger/Libre, but will persevere for now as it may settle down

Morning all. Bedtime 11.4. My own fault, forgot to have some tea and was hungry at bedtime. Knew I wouldn't sleep if hungry so had some carbs. Yes, I know what you are all saying!! But this morning 6.5!!! So I'm lucky or maybe it's going to come back and bite me on the btm! Have a nice day everyone
