New Swipey last night which seems to have a new variant of something or other just now. Not knowing won't change what I eat or do one iota.

I have a routine that I follow,
In the mornings i go for A walk and then I keep hydrating myself until lunch when I have my meal. Watching Andrew huberman and Dr Eric berg has emensely benefited me

7.2 this morning and no idea why. Dinner etc was no different to normal. I looked at my graph and I fairly abruptly went from 6s to 10.5 at about midnight and it gradually came down into the 7s by about 6AM
