I can cycle or lift weights in the morning & levels drop, but if I want to do any cardio that gets my heart rate up it I have to do it in the eveningFor me , walking , running, cycling drops my levels but weights has opposite effect.

The 4.1 is a smashing result, FBGs are only a glimpse in time, its the rest of the day that makes the difference. Wishing you well with the A1c resultMorning all, fbg 6.8 and bed was 6.0 . Did a treadmill run yesterday and 1hr post had a 4.1 so something is working just my fasting that's annoying. Enjoy your day folks
