I can cycle or lift weights in the morning & levels drop, but if I want to do any cardio that gets my heart rate up it I have to do it in the eveningFor me , walking , running, cycling drops my levels but weights has opposite effect.
A sullen 6.9 on the finger prick and a satisfying 5.9 on Libre. Happy with that, as my BG levels all day yesterday were within a better range.
so may just sneak in a Moules Frites, go easy on the frites
