What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Is everyone with high fasting blood sugars not posting? Mine is frequently 11. 4. I feel the odd one out
I post mine whatever they are. Mine were lower and I was able to come off one of my medications and are now getting higher readinngs. Are working out my carb amount that I can consume again as it is less than before. Noone one is competing with each other just encouraging and being supportive of each other. Stick around and you will find we will celebrate your good days ans commiserate with you as well.. And be really supportive.

Morning!
Forgot yesterday as was having issues with technology and wasted waay too much time trying to get it to work. I failed!
Anyway, Tuesday 5.6 today 5.7
Have a good day - feels like it is going to be a hot on so now going for my walk

Morning All. 6.7 today enjoying this run of 6s. @myrak welcome to this friendly corner. As already been said there is no competition or judgement here, we all have our own goals but we all support each other with that. If you are new to D then lots to discover about low carb and remember we all have different tolerances. Good luck on getting that FBG lower. Another hot day so take care everyone.

6.6 this morning and a day off today. Might go for a walk whilst its a little cooler. Got up late this morning but I didn't sleep well due to the heat. Never thought I would look forward so much to cooler weather!

Hi,
When I was first diagnosed in Feb this year and after getting a monitor my FBG readings were regularly between 10<>15 I have managed to reduce them lower but it has taken time and effort. I have found this website and the forums here useful in helping me try and understand this disease and there is still a lot to learn. I feel I have only just scratched the surface. It is so hard!

7.5 today, as I have built up to a wicked cold these past few days. Parent-teacher conference tonight, but I've already called out from work for tomorrow. Hopefully these higher levels this week won't mess too badly with my HbA1c test scheduled at the end of the month.

Plus you always learn more, I do learn!
