Ladynijo:No idea why I am in the 7.1s in the morning but its getting rather annoying. Could be the lack of sleep I have been getting, and that I so want to move to somewhere else to live, nasty neighbours. I keep wishing ...........
Yes but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the neighbours from hell and I am not in a position to move, if I could I would. I have no problem going to sleep, its the waking up during that's not helping I think.Ladynijo:
Late posting- 6.8 this morning. Putting it down to stress, lack of sleep etc.
Well, FBGs of 7.1 and 6.8 are none too shabby.
Regarding lack of sleep, do you find it hard to fall asleep when you first turn in for the night? I used to lie awake in bed until I adopted the same, non-negotiable bedtime every night. Keeping to a nightly routine, even at weekends, is the single factor which helps me to drop off.
If sleep disturbances during the night are the main problem, then anxiety about your neighbours (or indeed stress of any kind) is doing you no favours, as I think you both realise.
