What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I do like a Plan B (and Plan C & D too) - what is yours?
Plan B? Well, put off breakfast for as long as possible, and then my usual roughly ground almonds, half an apple zapped, yoghurt, blueberries, and then a dusting of Linwoods Organic Cold Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin & Chia Seeds & Goji Berrie. Mix in milk and stir it all together.
 
I think I have been a bit complacent with over eating carbs and staying in the 6's because now I'm back in the 7's with a 7.8 tis morning
Me too. Fish and a few chips from the chippy last night after a hard day of preparing garden for getting chickens. And feeling sorry for myself as my back is now killing me 7.1 this morning

6.6 again which I am ok with but likely due to only two small meals and not sure if I can sustain that going into cooler weather. Been at this nearly 6 years now and it continues to throw up challenges. Take care everyone, have the best Monday you can.
