Hahaha thats great.Actually you were my inspiration: I thought if you could do it (and you did), so can I. I just need to stay here or hereabouts.
Where I live, it was -1 this morning with around an half inch of snow. Feels colder though.Just finished a whack of shovelling. We only got about 8cm but it’s still snowing lightly. It’s minus 8 but actually I felt warm while working, it’s was very nice. Will continue after lunch.
reading this morning was 6.7. Totally baffled. Zero carbs.
Less than the last reading. Nearly into the 40s.Doing good @Estragon, you must be pleased.
Yea not far off your personal best. Excellent!Less than the last reading. Nearly into the 40s.
Good heavens! I cannot repeat what I would have said to themI was told the opposite ie no strips on metformin type 2 don't need to test , actually I was told " what do you want to test for "
I was tempted by a bit and a half of hubbys Sainsburys hot cross bun at the weekend and it came back a bit me on the ****. I jumped from 6 to 12 and I felt real pants so I know where you are coming from. Cant seem to get out of the 6s at the moment and I wonder if its delayed hot cross bun shock! It was nice though........Just have to add the support here is amazing and so very helpful to keeping on track. I'd be up the creek without a paddle and capsizing the boat for sure without the help I receive. Anyone who's commented, shared experiences, given advice, chatted and made me smile has helped out.
I'm not going to individualise the post, but you all know who you are. Thanks.....
Very grateful and humbled......
No rhyme or reason.......... tis what it is but if it were the Lottery we would all be winner so some positives eh!These diabetes readings truly can be a lottery at times.
Evening @ravensmitten It looks as though we jumped the right way yesterday then. Your first finger prick number of 6.3 mmol now seems more likely than the second.6.1 This morning, meant to post, then forgot
Evening @Ashybang. That's good to hear.Hahaha thats great .....
Promise I will do it again, cut the BG levels down......and soon.
I've bounced around a bit since having the Cardiac and arterial issues and leaving hospital. Feeling much stronger again now though and ready to tackle it once more.
Good heavens! I cannot repeat what I would have said to them
