What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

So you've had very little smoke so far this year. Long may that continue @Bcgirl. It doesn't do anyone's health any favours and must be particularly arduous for sufferers of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive airways disease.

The weather conditions you describe must be so hard for wildlife to cope with too. Bears must have to cool off somehow. Their made to measure fur coats look more suited to Winter.

Looks like there is a common theme running here. I came out of the 6s and tested 7.0 this morning. Can't really blame the food because I have been quite good by my standards. Hopefully just a blip but I hate having to start the day with a BS high as it only increases as the day wears on irrespective of my diet. Anyway enjoy the remains of the weekend.:cool:
