So you've had very little smoke so far this year. Long may that continue @Bcgirl. It doesn't do anyone's health any favours and must be particularly arduous for sufferers of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive airways disease.

The weather conditions you describe must be so hard for wildlife to cope with too. Bears must have to cool off somehow. Their made to measure fur coats look more suited to Winter.

Morning All back in the clan. Scan read some really great scores yesterday I was 7.5 and today 7.6 so need to RESET. Ate fresh fish simply cooked while away but I gave in a couple of times by a slice of fresh brown soda bread! The Irish are masters of this and its in my DNA. The heat affected me too @RosemaryJackson and my feet and ankles blew up. Have a good Sunday all.

Looks like there is a common theme running here. I came out of the 6s and tested 7.0 this morning. Can't really blame the food because I have been quite good by my standards. Hopefully just a blip but I hate having to start the day with a BS high as it only increases as the day wears on irrespective of my diet. Anyway enjoy the remains of the weekend.:cool:

4th largest park fires in Northern California history. Good news, cheers for Kamala Harris, she is doing good hope she’s the next president! Have a nice day all.
