The fluctuations in creon supplies must be worrying for patients with cystic fibrosis.Morning All 8.0 today. @LivingLightly thanks for info, nothing I can do about the Creon as alternatives are scarce also. Surgery advised cutting out fats so cheese, processed meats etc off the menu but still rely on eggs. Worse for CF patients I imagine. Enjoy the BH everyone.
Greetings @Kiwigal and welcome back to this FBG thread, It's good to see you here again.This morning I woke up with 7.7mmol.. dealing with post Influenza A (caught flu A + Bronchitis in July) - my body still hasn't recovered from this.
My immune system is attacking my joints and muscles - got more worse after Flu A (My doctor is going arrange autoimmune diseases blood tests in 2 weeks.) Esp I've been having immune system attacks on my body organs for 20 months + caused by Covid+.
I have been the same on and off for 2 weeks now so annoyed with myself .7.5 this morning.All my own fault as fell off the wagon and had 2 large glasses of Baileys Espresso Creme before bed yesterday. Knew I should have listened to the angel on my left shoulder but succumbed to the devil on my right. All my own weakness and doing, no excuses.

Sounds a worthwhile experiment @Bcgirl.5.9 this morning. Have been fasting until lunch but after reviewing morning numbers I think I’ll be eating just a bit in the morning as it lowers my glucose. Experiment to begin tomorrow.
Are these wild temperature fluctuations attributed to climate change? @BcgirlBRRRR…this crazy cold front blew through this morning, it’s 1pm right now and 10 degrees and rainy! In a few days we’re supposed to be back into summer, with 32 degrees in the forecast.
