What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

One approach is to have your last meal of the day no later than, say, 6.00 or 7.00 pm and avoid snacking afterwards.
Have you thought about joining @MissMuffett's challenge to stop eating after 7.00 pm? It's worked wonders for some of us.
 
Morning All dashed off to Ireland suddenly Thurs to Sun for funeral so wasn’t watching BG though other than a sandwich on one occasion didn’t to anything too risky. Anyway this morning I am 8.0 which I am not happy with so need to knuckle down. Take care everyone.
 
Blooming cold this morning and there’s that October dampness in the air. But now the sun is out and the sky is blue
