Not sure why it's a little higher than usual as I had a good day yesterday and slept very well last night.

8. but with the libre sensor which I don't trust, I'm out of codefree strips till I get home. I never got reading under 8 all day yesterday - mainly 8-10 but my diet was still the low carb I normally have just more of it. I guess I will find out if its me or the sensor when i get home !
