I do a very similar pattern though don't often get as far as Wednesday (6.6 this morning. It may be a "Blue Monday" but at the start of the work week I always make mental resolutions that this week will be lower carb and low readings for once. Sadly usually broken by Wednesday or Thursday but always worth a try. I know I'm weird but it's my way of coping with blood sugar reduction. Good luck all.
