Egypt and Morocco, best countries to visit to see how people live in other parts of the world. It is hard to control BG when traveling. I just came back after traveling to Pakistan and Dubai!

Libre says 4,6.

Talk with GP went well, yesterday. Liver is doing better, meds for thyroid upped further, we discussed everything from diverticulum, kidneystones, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, PCOS, all manner of things really... But no more talk of an intervention team for my weight, as I seem to be losing on my own, however slowly. Yay! :)

Hope everyone's well this morning!
Jo

PS: She asked me what a Libre cost. Told her the first one's a freebee, then it's 65 euro's per 2 weeks. I'm still a little surprised she doesn't know that, but then, I guess there aren't that many T1's in the practice. T2's aplenty, but they don't usually measure. Hmm.
