What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.7mmol - currently I'm waiting for doctor appointment next month.

Recently discovered I've got gallstones in gallbladder which is impacted by the neck of gallbladder. How fun.
 
Flying yesterday

This morning four point nine on the contour next

I think the low number indicates how little plane food I could eat. ( small piece of chicken and something I think might have been an omelette )


I’ve edited this post after breakfast at the ibis hotel Heathrow.

Shockingly after three sausages three bacon and scrambled egg my glucose reading is now eight point seven !

Eight point seven !

I’m guessing whatever is in the sausages isn’t meat as I supposed

That won’t be happening again in a hurry

Morning All 7.7 and double ughh and grrrr. Out to lunch today at the Giggling Squid which is always an obstacle course despite the obvious rice etc. at least I can enjoy the jasmine tea! Happy Saturday everyone.
