7.1 this morning and has been for the last week or so. Been under tones of stress so my eczema has flared up and I have a trapped nerve in my back. Shall I just give up now

Good morning all, 4.94 this morning, cut down just a little on carbs. Meals are not that great, but I'm happy with the numbers.

Back to work on a steadily falling morning measure of 6.7 Seen better but seen worse so happy with that.

been in bed ill for 2 weeks, had a high carb meal yesterday as was first thing i had eaten in about 3 days.
got my Freestyle Libre trial through so stuck it on last night
reading 10.9 at 8:15am.
had a slice of seeded bread and peanut butter, took my metformin and I've just had a 'high alert' at 13.8
i'm just gonna go ahead and cry now if noone minds.
