What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

8.1 and rapidly rising but to be expected. Bit of a do last night, far too much of everything considered enjoyable and no doubt having to pay for it over next couple of days. Only consolation it is a one off. Have a great weekend whatever you are up to.
 
6.1 today. It’s trying to snow right now…..so I’m cuddled in the house and will be baking soon. Some “fathead Dough” bagels for me (they are ok and do provide a nice chew…), and some gluten free spice cookies for hubby. A leg day and walking at the gym this morning.
 
6.2 couple hours ago at breakfast been pretty stable since midnight flattest graph have had currently dropping. finger pricked at cgm reading 3.2, 3.7 actual blood glucose, couple of jelly babies yum

Morning All 8.6 which is ridiculous. Did a little gardening yesterday last food was two burgers off bbq (I know!!) topped with Emmenthal and mushrooms at 5.30pm Last day of Libre showed BG stayed around 6 until 6am and then headed north. Maybe I spend too much time in bed! Hope you all have a good Monday.
