6.1 today. It’s trying to snow right now…..so I’m cuddled in the house and will be baking soon. Some “fathead Dough” bagels for me (they are ok and do provide a nice chew…), and some gluten free spice cookies for hubby. A leg day and walking at the gym this morning.

6.2 couple hours ago at breakfast been pretty stable since midnight flattest graph have had currently dropping. finger pricked at cgm reading 3.2, 3.7 actual blood glucose, couple of jelly babies yum

Morning All 8.6 which is ridiculous. Did a little gardening yesterday last food was two burgers off bbq (I know!!) topped with Emmenthal and mushrooms at 5.30pm Last day of Libre showed BG stayed around 6 until 6am and then headed north. Maybe I spend too much time in bed! Hope you all have a good Monday.
