needles, bloods sampling, infact most medical stuff which usually result in panic/anxienty attacks,hyperventalating etc :< also dislike medevil torturists aka dentists :O
4,3 wee biscuit and trying to get back to sleep

Morning All so 7.8 today so this week hasn’t been good. Onwards is the only way. I don’t want to find a lame excuse but I wonder if my perforated eardrum has any effect. Its only really a bother lying down at night. Hey its Friday so have a good one everyone. Hugs to all who need them.

Happy retirement! It's a new way of life. There are lots of things to do once you settle into it. Look around, volunteer work, a new hobby, join a community centre, putter about the house. Give yourself some time to relax and get used to it.
